Provides data from a trace about target processor frequencies.

Returns
A pending result that, after the trace is processed, provides data from the trace about target processor frequencies.
Remarks
Target processor frequencies are decided by the operating system software, while processor frequencies are determined by hardware, and the two values may not always match.
Windows Performance Analyzer provides this data via the Processor Frequency table (when Type is Target).
