Defines how replica will behave during its lifecycle.
Remarks
ReplicaLifecycleDescription is the section which allows user to granually controle how replicas will behave during their lifecycle. If some configuration in this section is not specified, the default value is taken from the cluster parameter of the same name (if existing).
