Gets or sets the encrypting credentials for the relying party.

The encrypting credentials to be used for the relying party.
Remarks
If the TokenEncryptionRequired property is true, the credentials are used to encrypt issued security tokens. If the SymmetricKeyEncryptionRequired property is true, the credentials are used to encrypt symmetric keys issued with security tokens.
