Gets or sets a value indicating whether to preserve the storage provider.

true to respect the storage provider identifier for a
private key; false to ignore the storage provider
information and use the system defaults.
The default is false.
Remarks
Storage Provider values from the PFX are only processed on the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems. This property has no effect on non-Windows systems.
