Gets a read-only collection of published endpoints.

A read-only collection of published endpoints.
Remarks
The property should be accessed only after the ServiceHost has successfully opened. When the ServiceHost is in Opening state, the EndpointDiscoveryMetadata is being generated and added to the collection.
