Gets or sets the border color of a strip line.

A Color value. The default color is Empty.

Remarks
You can set this property to any valid ARGB (alpha, red, green, blue) value.
If the StripWidth property of a StripLine object is set to 0.0, a line will be drawn, and it is this property and not the BackColor property setting that will determine the color of the line.
