Introduce intelligent conversational bots at the frontline to help deflect routine queries away from agents so that they can focus on complex, higher-value activities to address their customers issues while retaining a consistent experience with customers.
Following capabilities are available when Microsoft Bot Framework bots are integrated:
- Configuration experience to enable routing of conversations to bots.
- Provide seamless and contextual handoff to agents with a consistent experience for end-users.
- Enable agent productivity with rich bot-user conversation transcript and chat context.
- Transcripts for all bot conversations.
