Feature details

The Patient Management sample app takes the best of Omnichannel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and provides a healthcare lens to give contact center agents the ability to understand important real-time patient details. This sample app shares information like clinical patient data (such as appointments, procedures, and medications), patient care team, wellness coaching, and more.
