Business value

Enable patients to self-assess COVID-19 risks, and healthcare organizations to more easily and efficiently schedule and screen those patients.

Feature details

The Patient Scheduling and Screening template enables healthcare organizations to address large volumes of anxious patients with higher efficiency. It features:

  • Access to a portal with information about COVID-19.
  • An easy-to-use self-assessment tool for patients to determine risk.
  • Ability to route to Teams or a call center solution (Omnichannel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service) for additional assistance.
  • An automated process for booking and performing COVID-19 screening.
