Feature details
This release of the Dynamics 365 media and communications accelerator will extend Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing to help enable scenarios that are used by advertising agencies, sports teams, sports leagues and clubs, event venues, stadiums, and large brand advertisers. It can help them as they strive to better understand and target their audiences and direct their customers.
We have added media data entities to correlate purchase data, TV and web viewership measurements, ticketing and event attendance, social network engagement, and experience-driven data to light up workflows and dashboards that showcase audience segments, response rates, campaign success, and extend the overall reach.
