Business value
Provides users with greater flexibility to create relationships with the customer entity where the customer entity is not directly related to the activity entity.
Feature details
This feature allows users to map their activity data to their customer entity using an intermediate entity if a direct mapping is not available. The user can choose any intermediate entity that is not used as part of the data unification process.
