Business value

The exports feature in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights allows you to choose which customer segments you want to synchronize with Facebook for targeted advertisements. While this gives you flexibility, it can also mean ongoing administration due to Facebook’s requirement to reauthenticate every 60 days.

With this release, managing your exports to Facebook becomes easier. Now, you can manage all your Facebook Ads exports through a single connection. This reduces your syncing effort, allowing you to reauthenticate to one connection regardless of the number of exports you've set up.

Feature details

With this feature, you can manage all your Facebook Ads exports using one connection. Set which custom audience in Facebook ads you want to update directly within the export settings, rather than during connection setup.

  • Although you still need to reauthenticate your Facebook Ads connection every 60 days, you'll gain time by managing multiple exports with a single connection.
  • No action is needed when this update occurs. All your existing Facebook Ads connections and exports continue to function seamlessly.
