Business value

The Copilot for Finance Connector integration enables you to map custom connectors and the source back-end system of record. This integration supports all create, read, and update operations that are offered in the Microsoft Outlook add-in.

Feature details

You can expect the following benefits by having the flexibility to integrate Copilot for Finance beyond the out-of-the-box supported ERPs systems:

  • Increased flexibility: The extensibility framework gives you the ability to implement APIs that point to one or many back-end systems and surface access with a single sign-in for the user.
  • Improved scenario completion: By deploying a custom connection, customers can ensure all critical data is accessible within Copilot for Finance, reducing the need for context switching to another tool.
  • Enhanced collaboration: Integration with multiple back-end ERP systems can facilitate collaboration and communication between different departments and business units as each persona is able to gain access to the data that matters most to them, where they need it.
  • Increased flexibility and scalability: Custom connectors can more easily adapt to changing business needs and scale their operations as needed.
