Timeline highlights provide an at-a-glance view of significant updates on any record to help enhance your productivity. This feature enables you to quickly catch up on the latest developments related to the record from the timeline. It summarizes key developments from various activities such as emails, notes, tasks, appointments, phone calls, and conversations.
Feature details
As a seller, you can:
- Quickly catch up on the top three key events from the timeline of the record. Each event is aggregated from multiple activities.
- Access timeline highlights from within apps like Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and custom, model-driven Power Apps, providing a unified experience across Dynamics 365.
As an admin, you can:
- Disable the feature if you no longer need it; the feature is enabled by default.
