Assign responsibilities

You can assign responsibilities to various individuals in your organization, based on their roles and tasks. You can also change or delete assignments of responsibility at any time.

Assign responsibilities

  1. Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Responsibilities.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Responsibility and Description fields, enter the responsibility and a description of the individual.

    For example, you could enter Marketing as the responsibility, and then enter Marketing manager as the description.

  4. Select the party record type that the responsibility belongs to.

    For example, if the responsibility applies to leads, select the Leads check box.

  5. Close the form to save your changes.
