Define processes and stages for projects

You can create a process and the stages of a process for projects.
Click Organization administration > Setup > Activities > Process templates.
Click New.
Enter the name of the process and a brief description.
Note
A process is automatically marked as active when you create it. If the new process should be inactive, clear the Active check box.
In the Type field, select Project.
Click File > Save.
Click Actions > Create task.
In the Activity name field, enter a name to identify this activity.
On the General FastTab, enter a start and end range, select a priority, and enter a brief description of the activity.
Repeat steps 5 to 7 for additional activities that you want to create.
Note
You can assign additional activities to the parent level. You can also assign them as sub-activities to existing activities.
