Use this report to balance Form W-2s and to run validation before you issue Form W-2s to workers.

This topic describes functionality that is available only if Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is installed.
How to filter the data on this report
When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Description |

Tax year |
Enter the tax year to reconcile Form W-2s for. |
Print social security number |
Select this check box to print the workers’ Social Security Numbers on the report. We recommend that you avoid printing Social Security Numbers whenever possible. |
Personnel number |
Click Select to specify the worker personnel numbers to filter the report by. |

Open the AOT.
Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.
Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
