Use this report to print posted transactions, sorted by journal.
How to filter the data on this report
When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Description |
---|---|
Only ledger accounts |
Select this check box to print on the report all transactions that have an account type of ledger in the Journal voucher form. Only the main account will be displayed on the report. |
Ledger account |
Select this check box to print the ledger accounts on the report. The ledger account is the main account and any financial dimensions. |
Financial dimensions |
Select this check box to print the details of the financial dimensions, including the account distributions, on the report. |

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.
Open the AOT.
Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.
Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
