Remove users from Role Center profiles

You can remove users from profiles at any time, such as when a user changes roles in your organization. When you remove a user from a profile, information is no longer displayed on the user's Role Center pages in the applicable companies, until you assign the user to another profile.

  1. Click System administration > Common > Users > User profiles.

  2. Select the profile that you are removing users from.

  3. Click the Users tab.

  4. Select the user.

  5. Click Delete, and then confirm that you want to remove the user from the profile.
