The FA transactions report displays information about fixed asset transactions such as the transaction date, transaction currency, transaction type, a description of the transaction, and the transaction amount. Accountants generate and print this report to review the transactions for the fixed assets for a reporting period.
How to filter the data on this report
When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Select the value model of the fixed asset to include on the report. |
Reporting date |
Select a date to generate the report for. |
Exclude zero turnovers |
Select this check box to exclude the fixed assets that have a net book value of zero from the report. |
FA group |
The fixed asset group of the fixed assets that are included on the report. |
FA inventory number |
The inventory identification number of the fixed assets that are included on the report. |
Status |
The current status of the fixed assets that are included on the report. |
Transaction type |
The transaction type of the fixed asset transactions that are included on the report. |
Transaction date |
The transaction date of the fixed asset transactions that are included on the report. |
Value model |
The identification code of the value model of the fixed assets that are included on the report. |

Open the AOT.
Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.
Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
