Specify an inventory model for inventory close

An inventory model typically is assigned to an item when you are configuring its item model group. However, we recommend that you confirm that the inventory model that you want to use for each model group is selected before you run the inventory close procedure.

1. Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory > Item model groups.

2. Click the Inventory model tab.

3. Make a selection in the Inventory model field.
