Update delivery schedules

Use this procedure to make these adjustments in your delivery schedule:

• add delivery lines

• modify quantity

• modify delivery dates

Update a delivery schedule

1. Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders.

   –or–

   Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders.

   –or–

   Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders.

   –or–

   Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations.

2. Double-click the purchase order, sales order, or sales quotation to open it.

3. To display the Delivery schedule form, follow these instructions:

   • For purchase order, in the Purchase order lines list, click the order line, and then click Purchase order line > Delivery schedule.

   • For sales order, in the Sales order lines list, click the order line, and then click Sales order line > Delivery schedule.

   • For sales quotation, in the Lines list, click the order line, and then click Sales quotation line > Delivery schedule.

   Note

   You have to update quantity on the individual delivery lines in the order form or in the delivery schedule form. You cannot add new delivery lines directly in the order form. You have to add them in the delivery schedule form.

4. In the delivery schedule form, make your changes to quantity or delivery dates of one or more delivery lines.

5. Press CTRL+N to add more delivery lines.

6. Click OK to confirm your changes and return to the line details view.

7. In the action pane, click Close to return to the main order form. Your changes will now show in the delivery lines on the main purchase order, sales order, or sales quotation form.
