View call lists

You can use the Call list page to view a list of call lists, and you can also view the details of a specific call list. Call lists are used in campaigns.
Click Sales on the top link bar, and then on the Quick Launch, click Prospects or Customers.
If you selected Prospects, on the Action Pane, on the Related information, tab in the Market group, click Call lists.

If you selected Customers, on the Action Pane, on the General tab, in the Market group, click Call lists.
To view details about a call list, in the Call list ID column, click the call list that you want to view.
