View cases and case details

You can view a list of cases on the Sales site, including cases that are related to customer or vendor issues and cases that are related to audit violations. You can also view detailed information about a particular case. For example, the status of the case, activities, and knowledge articles that employees are using to resolve the issue.

You can also view audit cases on the Compliance site.

View all cases

  • Click Sales on the top link bar, and then click Cases on the Quick Launch.

On the Case List page, you can view the status, case category, and case processes for all cases.

View only audit cases

  • Click Compliance on the top link bar, and then click Audit cases on the Quick Launch.

On the Audit cases page, you can view the status, case category, and case processes for all audit cases.

View case details

  1. Click Sales on the top link bar, and then click Cases on the Quick Launch.

    –or–

    Click Compliance on the top link bar, and then click Audit cases on the Quick Launch.

  2. In the Case ID column, click the case that you want to view.
