View contact records

Use the Contacts pages to view a list of contacts. Contacts are the primary people whom you interact with for prospect, lead, opportunity, and customer records.
Click Sales on the top link bar, and then click Contacts on the Quick Launch.
Select the contact record that you want to view, and then on the Action Pane, on the Contact tab, in the Maintain group, click View.
