The X++ development configuration key controls access to all the classes in Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the development code for the CUS layer. Access to the CUS layer means that objects in both the CUS and USR layers can be modified.
The key also controls the code profiler tool and access to the version control system.
You cannot enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
