PFPlatformLocalStorageSetHandlers
Sets the storage event handlers. If custom storage handlers are not set, a default implementation based on cstdio and std::fstream objects will be used.

Parameters
hooks PFLocalStorageHooks*
Custom local storage hooks to be used by the SDK.
