Deploy Personalized Shopping Agent (preview)

Personalized Shopping Agent or personalized shopping lets consumers shop through an AI-enabled chat experience. Personalized Shopping Agent can be embedded into your own shopping websites and apps, which further help in enriching customer interaction in an organic way. Your consumers can now interact with the AI-enabled assistant, seek suggestions, guidance to help in making an informed shopping decision. Personalized Shopping Agent further helps for an assisted sale closure in a seamless way.

To deploy the Personalized Shopping Agent, perform the following steps:

  1. Deploy Retail data solutions in Microsoft Fabric. For more information, see Deploy Retail data solutions in Microsoft Fabric.

  2. Navigate to the Retail data solutions homepage where the list of all capabilities are available as various tiles. Select Personalized Shopping Agent from the list of solution capabilities.

  3. You see the application details page where you can view detailed information about the capability.

Important

Personalized Shopping Agent requires registration and is currently only available to approved customers and partners during the preview period. Request access to Microsoft Cloud for Retail application and copilot templates during the preview period by completing the Microsoft Cloud for Retail application and copilot templates sign-up form.
