runtimeStack - the runtime stack installed on the image

withPrivateDockerHubImage

Specifies the docker container image to be one from Docker Hub.

Parameters:

imageAndTag - image and optional tag (eg 'image:tag')

Specifies the docker container image to be one from a private registry.
