Failover tier of a storage class
KnownFailoverTier can be used interchangeably with FailoverTier, this enum contains the known values that the service supports.

Known values supported by the service

NotAvailable: Not available Failover Tier
Slow: Slow Failover Tier
Fast: Fast Failover Tier
Super: Super Failover Tier
