Terms applicable to Microsoft Azure Center for SAP solutions Preview

The Microsoft Azure Center for SAP Solutions Preview (the "PREVIEW") is licensed to you as part of your Azure subscription and subject to terms applicable to "Previews" as detailed in the Universal License Terms for Online Services section of the Microsoft Product Terms and the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum ("DPA").

Terms applicable to the operating system virtual machine image utilized for the PREVIEW

The PREVIEW will deploy an Azure Virtual Machine that uses an operating system virtual machine image published by a third party in the Azure Marketplace (an "OS image"). Your use of the OS image shall be governed by the terms embedded in or accompanying the OS image that you select as part of the deployment process. You authorize Microsoft to bill your current payment method for fees and applicable taxes, if any, associated with deployment and use of the OS image. Microsoft may share your contact, usage and transactional information with the provider of the OS image for support, billing and other transactional activities. Microsoft does not provide rights for the OS image. See the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace Terms of Use for additional details.

Notice regarding Azure Services and Resources deployed and utilized for PREVIEW infrastructure

The PREVIEW will deploy Azure services and resources to build the PREVIEW environment in your Azure subscription. Your Azure subscription will be billed for fees and applicable taxes associated with deployment and use of these Azure services and resources. See PREVIEW documentation for a complete list.

Notice regarding SAP licensing and third-party offerings

Microsoft does not provide rights for third-party offerings, including but not limited to SAP software. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained sufficient rights necessary to use and deploy the SAP software to your PREVIEW environment.
