As a member of Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, you'll have access to a one year subscription to Microsoft 365 Business Premium for up to 50 users. Go to the Founders Hub Portal to active this benefit. Once activated, this offer is valid for 12 months. A credit card is required to complete this process for identity verification and to prevent service interruptions when your benefit ends. The country you select to register Microsoft 365 must match the country of the credit card used.

Log in to the Founders Hub Portal and redeem this within the Benefits tab.
Can the Microsoft 365 benefit be extended?
No, Microsoft 365 is only valid for one year from the date you activate the benefit. Each Founders Hub benefit has its own terms and conditions. Moving up levels provides more time to activate benefits but doesn't change the offer.
Can I use Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot isn't included in your Microsoft 365 Founders Hub benefit offer and requires a separate purchase.

How do I transfer Microsoft 365 benefits to a new tenant or account?

I activated one Microsoft 365 license. How do I activate the rest?
Log in to the Microsoft 365 Portal.
- Navigate to Billing --> My Products --> Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- In 'Buy Licenses', enter the total number of licenses you'd like to activate into the "New Quantity" field and Save.

Why am I getting billed for Microsoft 365 after I activate the benefit?
The following are common reasons you might recieve a bill for Microsoft 365 after activating your benefit:
- Changing your billing frequency. The default billing cycle is monthly. Changing the billing frequency to annual will cancel the benefit and begin to charge the credit card on your account.
- Cancelling any paid subscriptions.
- Using a Business Standard subscription.
