Application.InsertNotes method (Project)

Prompts the user to enter notes for the active assignment, resource, or task. If a resource or task doesn't exist for the selected cell, Project creates a resource (when a resource view is active) or a task (when a task view is active).

expression A variable that represents an Application object.
