View.Panning property (Word)
Returns or sets a Boolean that represents whether Microsoft Word is in Panning mode. Read/write.

expression. Panning
expression An expression that returns a View object.
Remarks
Panning mode changes the mouse pointer to a hand and enables the user to press and drag the document to scroll through the pages.
