2.2.1.9 RopEmptyFolder ROP

The RopEmptyFolder ROP ([MS-OXCROPS] section 2.2.4.9) is used to soft delete messages and subfolders from a folder without deleting the folder itself. To hard delete all messages and subfolders from a folder, use the RopHardDeleteMessagesAndSubfolders ROP (section 2.2.1.10). This ROP applies to both public folders and private mailboxes.<6>

The complete syntax of the ROP request buffer and the ROP response buffer is specified in [MS-OXCROPS]. This section specifies the syntax and semantics of various fields that are not fully specified in [MS-OXCROPS].
