The PidLidConversationActionMaxDeliveryTime property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.83) SHOULD<23> be the maximum value of the PidTagMessageDeliveryTime property ([MS-OXOMSG] section 2.2.3.9) of all the E-mail objects modified in response to the last time the user changed a conversation action on the client. If no E-mail objects were changed, this property SHOULD be set to 00:00:00 Apr 1, 1601 (UTC).
