Type: PtypBoolean ([MS-OXCDATA] section 2.11.1)

The PidLidTaskComplete property ([MS-OXOTASK] section 2.2.2.2.20) is set on a Message object as follows for flags:<11>

For a time flag and a recipient flag: 0x00 (FALSE)
For a complete flag: 0x01 (TRUE)
For other flags: the PidLidTaskComplete property is not present.

The server does not set this property.
