The PidLidStartRecurrenceDate property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.303) gets or sets the calculated the start date of the recurrence pattern.<7> The value of this property is interpreted as follows:

  • Bits 0-4 represent the day

  • Bits 5-8 represent the month

  • Bits 9-31 represent the year
