2.3.16.16 c3DOriginY
The c3DOriginY property specifies the origin of the shape on the y-axis when displayed with the perspective camera. The origin is specified as a multiple of the width and height of the shape, relative to the center of the shape. If the fc3DParallel bit of the 3D-Style Boolean Properties equals 0x0, this property MUST exist; otherwise, this property MUST be ignored.
