2.5.332 XmlTkStartSurface
The XmlTkStartSurface structure specifies the beginning of a back wall. The back wall definition applies to the current chart back wall. The back wall is the wall that is parallel to the category (2) axis. This structure MUST have a corresponding XmlTkEndSurface structure.
