The BuiltInFnGroupCount record specifies the beginning of a collection of records as defined by the Globals Substream ABNF. The collection of records specifies information about the built-in function categories in the workbook.

The sum of count, the count of FnGroupName (section 2.4.120) records and the count of FnGrp12 (section 2.4.121) records in the current workbook MUST be less than or equal to 256. The user-defined function categories include those defined in FnGroupName records and FnGrp12 records. The value MUST be one of the following:
