A - fScaled (1 bit): A bit that specifies whether the fonts are scaled. MUST be a value from the following table<170>:

reserved (15 bits): MUST be zero, and MUST be ignored.
ifnt (2 bytes): A FontIndex that specifies the font used by the FrtFontList record.
