The referenced BrtMdb specifies a value metadata (section 2.2.4.3) metadata block (section 2.2.4.5) that is associated with the BrtExternCellBlank (section 2.4.659), BrtExternCellReal (section 2.4.662), BrtExternCellBool (section 2.4.660), BrtExternCellError (section 2.4.661) or BrtExternCellString (section 2.4.663) record that follows BrtExternValueMeta (section 2.4.668).
