2.2.6.1.2.1 Cell Style XFs

A cell style XF defines the set of formatting properties in a cell style (section 2.2.6.1.2), and is specified by a BrtXF (section 2.4.862) record in the CELLSTYLEXFS (section 2.1.7.50) collection. Each cell MUST reference a cell XF (section 2.2.6.1.1) , and each cell XF MUST reference a cell style XF with the ixfeParent field.
