rfx (16 bytes): An UncheckedRfX (section 2.5.154) that specifies the location of the affected query table.
dwFieldId (4 bytes): An unsigned integer that specifies the identifier of the specific field of the query table that was removed. The value of dwFieldId MUST be greater than 0x00000000. The value of this field MUST be equal to one of the idField values from the collection of BrtBeginQSIF (section 2.4.188) records defined for this query table.
