2.4.828 BrtSxvcellNum
The BrtSxvcellNum record specifies a PivotValueCell (section 2.2.5.6.1) that contains an Xnum (section 2.5.172) value and any server formatting information. If this record exists, it MUST be part of a collection of records that is specified by the BrtBeginSxRow (section 2.4.257) and BrtEndSxRow (section 2.4.607) records.
