2.4.230 BrtBeginSst
The BrtBeginSst record specifies properties of a shared string table and specifies the beginning of a collection of BrtSSTItem (section 2.4.796) records as defined by the Shared Strings (section 2.1.7.45) part ABNF. The collection of BrtSSTItem records specifies a shared string table. cstUnique MUST be less than or equal to cstTotal.
