2.4.22 BrtBeginCellXFs
The BrtBeginCellXFs record specifies a count of BrtXF (section 2.4.862) records and specifies the beginning of a collection of BrtXF records as defined by the Styles (section 2.1.7.50) part ABNF. This collection specifies all cell XFs (section 2.2.6.1.1) in the workbook. The collection MUST contain at least 0x0001 and no more than 0xFF96 BrtXF records.
