cce (4 bytes): An unsigned integer that specifies the length of rgce in bytes. This value MUST be less than 16385.
cb (4 bytes): An unsigned integer that specifies the length of rgcb in bytes.
rgce (variable): An Rgce (section 2.5.98.88) structure that specifies the sequence of Ptg (section 2.5.98.16) structures for the formula.
rgcb (variable): An RgbExtra (section 2.5.98.87) structure that specifies ancillary data for the formula.
