2.5.23 Col

The Col structure is a signed 32-bit integer that specifies a single column (1) in a sheet by using a zero-based index. The value of this structure MUST be between 0 and 16383 (inclusive) and MUST be between colFirst and colLast (inclusive) on the UncheckedRfX (section 2.5.154) structure specified by the rfx field on the sheet's BrtWsDim (section 2.4.858) record.
